I can buy an HTC Mogul from China for 1/3 the price of what Sprint wants for it. Brand new, in the box, never before used or anything. Comes with everything that it would if i bought it from Sprint.
Will I be albe to activate this phone wiht Sprint. I really don't see any reason why I wouldn't be able to, but just seeinf if anyone else has and exsperiense with this.

Oh ya, for sure. If the sales rep has an issue with activating a phone which you didnt buy from him/her then tell them you won it from work or it was a bday present or something. =D

No, unless you install a Sprint rom on it, then change the ESN to one that is Sprint. The first part is very easy to do, but changing the ESN is the hard thing to do.
