my sister has a Drioid and i want to upgrade to a HTC Droid Incredible.
we have a 2000 Nationwide plan but i don't have a data plan. Do i need to add the data plan to my line in order to get the HTC Droid Incredible ?

Yes you do have to get a data plan with it. It is 29.99 per month + tax. That is the lowest plan you can have with that phone.
