I am interested in buying the HTC desire, will it come down in price when the HTC desire hd will be released?

Yes. Companies come up with new phones like every six months and obviously the ones below it will depreciate because they are so called "old" by teen-ages. When the HTC Desire HD comes out it will be expensive whilst the HTC Desire will drop in price. But six months later the HD one will do the same thing. Also round August companies buy thier christmas stock and it will be lowerd still by the christmas sales and price wars
