i have a dash and i want to know how to download games for it and- i see the same phone on the web but it says HTC Excalibur wat do i do!! im sooo confused!!!

It's the same phone, only licensed by different companies. They pay a licensing fee to the manufacturer.

It's probably the same phone released by different folks, but since you have the Dash try these links. Look at pages 25 and 140 of the first link. It should be really easy.
