I had this phone but am ready to switch to the incredibles older brother the HTC evo, best thing about HTC INC was the camera, i mean it was simply WOW...battery life is really bad, and I hade a Moto droid for 6 months so it felt like it was made of cheap plastic compared to the gorilla glass thats on the Moto. but otherwise a very solid phone with an insurance plan and you should be set, also its very dim outside in sunlight like most Droid phones
