I have an HTC touch pro and its horrible. Ive had it for almost a year and ive gone threw 2. I want a different phone. Like an instinct or something. Is this possible?

Well, I don't use Sprint...So I'm not really sure. You should call your local store and ask if you can have a refund or switch it out. They'll probably let you but you might have to pay a little extra for something like activation.
