I have an HTC that I had for sprint but then switched to Verizon. I need to unlock the phone because it was a great phone for what I needed and it is still new used less than 3 months! (I paid full price for this phone unfortunately) How do I unlock it? I am not a techy so please break it down barney style for me. Thank you!

i once unlocked My HTC phones which was with a GSM provider using unlock codes, i have my own doubt whether Sprint can be unlocked or not since Sprint is a CDMA network, any way before unlocking try http://www.mobileunlockguide.com/ to check how the entire process of unlocking is done about

A Sprint phone cannot be unlocked. It may be able to be flashed to another network. Moreover, Verizon will not activate a non-Verizon-branded phone on its network.
