Yes its plugged in right , volume is all the way up , is there a way I can make them louder ?

You have to find a headphone amplifier. You would have to either order one online or go to a special audio shop. You need a more expensive set of headphones to use with a headphone amplifier, usually the type that have an earpiece that goes into your ear as opposed to the ones that just sit over your ear, otherwise the more high-end headphones are too big to be used on the go.
