I have Resco Mobile Registry, what is the folder path to increase the resolution on the 9 Quick Links (screen buttons) for the HTC HD2? They appear slightly fuzzy looking as they are currently. Let me know please. Thanks!

I know this is not the answer you want but.. I seriously doubt that such is possible.
Each icon is a "resource" (sort of a file within a file) within its respective app. Most of these graphics were created for display at considerably lower pixel dimensions and on the HD2 screen they're being scaled up. Scaling up always makes things fuzzy.
An app whose resources include a larger-format icon will have a sharper looking icon. I doubt there's anything the phone can do about it.
Personally I think it is more interesting to change the home screen to support 4x4 quick links. The icons are smaller (so not upscaled so much, so less fuzzy) and the home screen is more useful too - less need to go to the Start menu.
