I was just about to purchase the HTC HD2 and I've read all the reviews. It seems that there are a lot of complaints about the fact that it is a Windows Mobile 6.5 device. Once I do purchase the item, though, will I be able to upgrade it myself to Windows Mobile 7? If so, how much will it cost, if anything? And how would I even upgrade it? Thanks for all your help.

Hi there,
Windows Mobile 6.5 and Windows Phone 7 are completely different operating systems, requiring completely different hardware. You will not be able to upgrade your HTC HD2 to Windows Phone 7 OS.
