I have a env touch currently and i have now ordered a htc incredible. How do i get my contacts transferred? I have my contacts backed up to the verizon website. How do i get them on the new phone? I am not sure fi it is like blacberry and can not use backup assistant, can it?

Yes it uses Backup Assistant, and so do the Blackberrys now. It actually does it for you automatically when you go through the set-up for the first time. Just make sure you do one final back-up before you activate the Incredible, and make sure you know your PIN.
