Im trying to buy the sprint htc touch pro but its out of stock. Does anyone know when its gonna be in stock?

It depends where you live. Most stores actually have this phone in stock but I suggest you also check your local craigslist. There are usually quite a few people selling their HTC touches on there.

Check http://www.freehtc.com/, They always have info on HTC Phones and you may find a reputable online source that has them in stock.
