I will be upgrading my Sprint phone in July and both of these phones have my attention. I'm looking for the pros and cons of both phones. I don't want to hear about how much better one is over the other. I'd prefer honest details of the features both phones have and their limitations.

I absolutely LOVE my Sprint Hero. At first I thought that the virtual on-screen keyboard was horrible, but after awhile it got super-easy to use. It is also exceptionally customizable.
The only things I dislike about it are that dirt got under my screen through the microSD slot. A little piece of a tape across the slot stopped it from getting any worse. Also there are some issues with the screen brightness dimming and brightening while using some apps or games. This might just be an issue not anticipated by the programmers of of these apps.
