I downloaded a ringtone from Myxer.com. I just don't know how to set it as a ringtone now on my HTC Touch Pro. I go to view all my ringtones and the only ones that are there are the defaults that came with the phone. Help?

I don't have a Touch Pro...but I do have a TyTN II; they both run WM 6.1 so things should be much the same.
On my phone, you need to put the new MP3 or WAV file in the phone's \My Documents\My Ringtones directory. You can do this with the "File Explorer" that's in your Programs list in the phone. Or, if you have a Windows machine and the phone is set up with Active Sync or Windows Mobile Center, you can just browse to the phone's storage in Windows Explorer.
Once you've put the file in \My Documents\My Ringtones it should show up in the pulldown menu for ringtones.

Got the HTC Touch Pro myself over the weekend and just figured out how to assign ringtones individually to contacts (you can also set it for every call that comes in, regardless of who's calling).
To assign them individually:
First of all, if you downloaded the song on your phone from the net, it most likely put it in your My Music section (Start/Programs/File Explorer/My Documents/My Music). There's also a MUSIC folder (located under Start/Programs/File Explorer/Music), but I actually think it's just a shortcut to the My Music folder, so I THINK either folder will get you there. Go to the song you selected and hold down on it until a menu pops up on top of it, then hit Copy. Now go to Start/Programs/File Explorer/My Documents/My Ringtones. Once in this folder, click and hold in the blank area until a menu pops up, then hit Paste. (If you ever go into File Explorer and it's in the last folder you were in, you can always click on the little pop-down menu at the top left just below the Start button, and change it to My Device).
You should now be able to go into any of your contacts and have that song available as a ringtone to customize for them, or for everybody (--you do that by going to Settings on the Touchflo menu/ Sound/ clicking Advanced at the bottom/ then clicking Notifications at the bottom/and you should be able to figure it out and set it up from there)
