Tmobile is doing a special new contract and get any phone for free tomorrow and i see that a lot of people sell the htc hd2 and htc touch pro 2 phone a lot without the internet but the internet is required and I think you need to sign a contract. What way is there to get out of that so I wont need to sign a contract for internet only just the phone?

Hi.it is a smart phone and doesn't matter where you purchase it.When you activate it on T-mobile you'll be prompted to add an internet plan.

for that phone, you want the internet. most everything on the phone requires the internet. if you aren't a techy type person, don't bother with that phone it will be too much for you handle. if all you do is text message and talk on the phone, stick to a blackberry without internet on tmobile.
if you want internet/email/games/apps/gps and all the other really cool features, then go for it but you'll have to pay for the data plan.
